A delicious cheesy beef casserole that’s easy to prepare!
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups frozen French fries
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is browned; drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, stir the cooked beef mixture with milk, cream of mushroom soup, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Place half of the French fries in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, then pour the beef mixture over the fries, and top with the remaining fries.
- Spread cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Feel free to add other vegetables such as bell peppers or corn for additional flavor.
