Description

A delicious cheesy beef casserole that’s easy to prepare!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups frozen French fries
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is browned; drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, stir the cooked beef mixture with milk, cream of mushroom soup, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Place half of the French fries in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, then pour the beef mixture over the fries, and top with the remaining fries.
  5. Spread cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Serve slightly before serving. Enjoy!

  • This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
