Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 cup chicken broth (halal-friendly)
  • 12 oz potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add diced chicken breast and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Incorporate heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring until well combined.
  6. Drop in potato gnocchi and cook for 3-5 minutes until they float.
  7. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
