- 12 oz potato gnocchi
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add diced chicken breast and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Incorporate heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring until well combined.
- Drop in potato gnocchi and cook for 3-5 minutes until they float.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
