Delicious and healthy chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters perfect for a sweet treat!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1½ cups chopped strawberries and/or raspberries
- 1 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of cinnamon
- ½ scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1¼ cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and protein powder until smooth. Fold in the diced strawberries and raspberries.
- Drop 10 yogurt clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour until solid.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip the yogurt clusters into the chocolate and place back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze again for 10-20 minutes until the chocolate is set.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using a flavored yogurt.
- These clusters can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
