- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin purée, Greek yogurt, honey, and eggs until blended.
- In another bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice and whisk together.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients with a rubber spatula.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
