- 2 cups Glutinous Rice Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Coconut Milk (or Whole Milk)
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Butter (or Oil)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Sesame
- 1 tbsp Citrus Zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter or oil thoroughly.
- Whisk the eggs and sugar in a large bowl until well combined and slightly frothy.
- Stir in the melted butter (or oil) followed by the coconut milk until smooth.
- Gradually add glutinous rice flour and baking powder to the mix.
- Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until lightly golden and firm to the touch.
- Cool slightly before slicing into squares or wedges.

- This cake can be served warm or at room temperature.
