- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound flank steak
- 2 cups broccoli crowns
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Slice the flank steak into strips and cook in the skillet until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add broccoli crowns to the skillet and stir until they are tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
