- 8–10 pieces frozen dumplings
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1–2 tbsp chili oil or chili crisp (to taste)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 0 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp green onions (sliced)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring broth to a gentle boil in a medium pot over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, chili oil, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Add frozen dumplings and cook according to package directions.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of chili oil or crisp according to your spice preference.
- For a heartier soup, add vegetables such as bok choy or mushrooms.
