Description

Decadent strawberries filled with a creamy mixture of cream cheese, heavy cream, and vanilla, topped with chocolate shavings and crushed graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 12 large strawberries or 20 medium
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • to taste chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips
  • to taste crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Cut the leaves off the top of the strawberry, slice a little piece off the bottom so it will sit on its own.
  2. Using a melon baller scoop or measuring spoon, scoop out the center of the strawberries and set on a platter.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and using a hand mixer, mix until creamy.
  4. Add in the heavy cream and mix.
  5. Add in the sugar and vanilla and mix until combined.
  6. Using a piping bag, freezer baggie, or just a spoon, fill the strawberries.
  7. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate and crushed graham crackers.

Notes

  • Make sure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • Chill the filled strawberries for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
