Description

A delicious and creamy chicken penne bake that is easy to make and perfect for a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. In the baking dish, combine shredded chicken, uncooked pasta, cream of mushroom soup, and frozen vegetables. Mix well.
  4. Pour 3 cups of water over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs to taste.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
