Description
A refreshing fruit salad made with a variety of green fruits and a zesty lime dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 cup green grapes (halved)
- 1 cup kiwi (peeled and diced)
- 1 cup green apple (diced)
- 1 cup honeydew melon (diced)
- 1 cup avocado (diced)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon mint leaves (chopped)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the fruits as indicated in the ingredients list.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the green grapes, kiwi, green apple, honeydew melon, and avocado.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, and chopped mint leaves.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This salad is best served fresh but can be kept in the refrigerator for a short time.
