Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, placing them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, olive oil, and soy sauce until smooth. Pour over the chicken evenly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Optionally, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden finish.
