A delicious and moist tres leches cake soaked in three types of milk.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish without greasing.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in whole milk and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the cake to cool slightly before poking holes all over its surface with a fork.
- In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk; pour generously over the cake.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours (or overnight) to spread over the chilled cake and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Notes
- For best results, let the cake soak overnight for maximum moisture.
- You can top the cake with whipped cream or fresh fruit if desired.
