Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish without greasing.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in whole milk and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow the cake to cool slightly before poking holes all over its surface with a fork.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk; pour generously over the cake.
  8. Refrigerate for at least four hours (or overnight) to spread over the chilled cake and sprinkle with cinnamon.
