- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 4–5 small bars)
- 1/2 cup mini M&M’s
- 1/2 cup mini M&M’s (for topping)
- 1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars (for topping)
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce or hot fudge
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan or pie dish, creating a firm, even layer.
- Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the cheesecake filling.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped Snickers bars and mini M&M’s.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill the Cheesecake:
- Cover and refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until set. Overnight is best for the flavors to meld.
- Prepare the Topping:
- Chop additional Snickers bars into small pieces.
- If needed, warm the chocolate and caramel sauces slightly to make them easier to drizzle.
- Assemble and Serve:
- Once the cheesecake is set, spread the mini M&M’s and chopped Snickers bars evenly over the top.
- Drizzle the chocolate sauce and caramel sauce over the cheesecake.
- Slice and enjoy!
