  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 45 small bars)
  • 1/2 cup mini M&M’s
  • 1/2 cup mini M&M’s (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce or hot fudge
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    1. In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the mixture resembles wet sand.
    2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan or pie dish, creating a firm, even layer.
    3. Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the cheesecake filling.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
    2. Mix in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
    3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

    5. Fold in the chopped Snickers bars and mini M&M’s.
