Ingredients

- 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 0 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped)
- 0 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
- Chill crust for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract.
- Fold whipped cream gently into the mixture.
- Stir in crushed peppermint candies.
- Spread filling over crust and smooth top.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours until set.
Notes
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, you can add a small amount of peppermint extract.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for a smoother filling.
