Description

A simple and delicious recipe for prepared pancake mix muffins.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup prepared pancake mix
  • Optional mix ins: Chocolate Chips, Blueberries, Sprinkles, etc.

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin pan with muffin cup liners or spray the pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Just make the mix as you normally would and stir in a mix-in if you prefer.
  3. Spoon into muffin pan (about 3-4 tablespoons per tin).
  4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes until the tops of the muffins are slightly golden brown.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
