Description
These slow cooker turkey sliders are easy to make and perfect for a crowd. Packed with flavor and delicious served on whole wheat buns!
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3 celery stalks (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 10 ounces condensed tomato soup (1 can)
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons mustard
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 whole wheat hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add turkey, onion, celery, and green pepper and cook until turkey is no longer pink.
- Drain the grease and add to slow cooker sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add tomato soup, ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar to ingredients in slow cooker and stir together.
- Cook on low for 4 hours, keep warm until serving.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the seasonings as per your taste.
- You can add cheese on top of the sliders just before serving if desired.
