Slow Cooker Turkey Sliders

Description

These slow cooker turkey sliders are easy to make and perfect for a crowd. Packed with flavor and delicious served on whole wheat buns!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 3 celery stalks (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 10 ounces condensed tomato soup (1 can)
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 whole wheat hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add turkey, onion, celery, and green pepper and cook until turkey is no longer pink.
  2. Drain the grease and add to slow cooker sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Add tomato soup, ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar to ingredients in slow cooker and stir together.
  4. Cook on low for 4 hours, keep warm until serving.
  5. Serve on hamburger buns.

  • Feel free to adjust the seasonings as per your taste.
  • You can add cheese on top of the sliders just before serving if desired.
