Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Glutinous Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • as needed Non-Stick Cooking Spray or Oil

Instructions

  1. Dissolve brown sugar in warm water, sift glutinous rice flour and rice flour in a bowl, mix in oil, and blend until smooth.
  2. Grease a baking container, pour the batter in, cover, and steam for 45 minutes to 1 hour until firm.
  3. Cool the cake at room temperature, then refrigerate overnight to firm up.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, dip each slice in beaten egg, and fry until golden and crispy.
