- 1 (12-14 lb) turkey
- 2 cups stuffing
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 cups mixed vegetables
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by cleaning and seasoning it.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing.
- Roast the turkey in the oven until fully cooked.
- Prepare the cranberry sauce and mixed vegetables on the side.
- For the sauce, mix pumpkin puree with heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
- Serve the turkey with sides and sauce.
Notes
- Make sure the turkey is completely thawed before cooking.
- For added flavor, you can marinate the turkey overnight.
